Description

PRAIRIE MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS is a leading supplier of wireless communications products with 19 branches across the Prairies and NW Ontario.  We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Moose Jaw location.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, switchboard, bank deposits, incoming and outgoing mail, invoicing, picking and preparing loaner/demo orders, inventory, brochure mailings, filing and other related duties.  

The successful candidate will have customer service experience in a computerized environment and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, possess excellent telephone, customer service and organizational skills, while maintaining a high level of accuracy in processing daily business transactions.  General accounting experience or education would be an asset.
