The purpose of this position is to provide back-up support for Bourgault's main receptionist during core business hours. The hours for this role will be approximately 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Answer telephone and forward calls to the correct department or individual
- Assist Finance team with accounting items
- Assist other departments as needed
- Prepare outgoing mail and sort incoming mail
- Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Office Education or Administrative Diploma is an asset
- Must be able to work with background noise and distractions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in an office environment is an asset
Starting wage is dependent on experience & qualifications.
