MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK.
Prior experience in mechanical, construction, or building maintenance is required. Bobcat/similar equipment, scissor lift and boom lift operating experience required. Must be capable of working at heights greater than 30 feet.
Minimum requirement Grade 12.
Additional possession of a firemans or 5th class power engineer ticket would be a definite asset.
Good verbal and written communication skills needed.
Must be customer service oriented.
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment necessary.
Flexibility in available hours is required.
Ability to perform general repairs to plumbing fixtures, light bulb changing, painting and drywall repairs.
Valid drivers license is required.
Outdoor work involved for snow removal and other duties as required.
Assist with Marketing and Specialty Leasing setups.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as directed by supervisor.

- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
