Description

* Responsible for all aspects of human resources management pertaining to the care personnel including orientation, training and performance evaluation
* Direct supervision of Care Attendants
Responsible for scheduling, time sheets, benefit package, worker compensation claims
Occupational Health and Safety committee member


Requirement:
Post secondary education in scheduling, payroll, human resource management and relevant working experience
Supervisory skill is an asset
Experience working in organizations that provide programs, support and care to persons with physical disabilities.
Proficient computer skill
Knowledge of spoken and written English
Criminal Record Check
Valid driver's license

***Work ONLY Saturday & Sunday from 2pm to 10pm***
