Final Finish Technician
Full Time

Sthamann Homes is a custom residential home
building company in Regina for the past 35 years.
We are seeking a hardworking individual for a
full-time Final Finish Technician position.

Your role is to ensure that our homes are fully
finished and in a move-in ready state for our
customers.  Two weeks prior to the customer's
move-in date, you will start the final finish
process of inspecting the house and completing
tasks such as hanging and adjusting doors,
installing appliances, paint touchups, caulking,
installing locks and hardware, cleaning, and
numerous other items. No specific carpentry
experience is necessary; however, you must be very
detail-oriented and have some general
handyman/woman experience. You will work as a team
along with our site supervisor, project manager,
construction crew, and office staff.

Requirements:
- General handyman/woman experience of minor home
repairs
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong work ethic and close attention to detail
- Innovative and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver's License
