Facility:   Weyburn General Hospital

Hours of Work:  No guaranteed hours.  Must be available a minimum of two (2) days per week.  Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats & holidays.

Job Summary:
Maintains staff schedules, adhering to collective bargaining agreements, and replaces staff as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Office Education certificate
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate keyboarding skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills

Experience:  Twelve months previous experience working in an office environment to gain organizational skills and gain an understanding of functional requirements of the organization.
