We are looking for a good ambassador to represent our kitchen as a Banquet Cook. Working as part of a team, under the direction of our Executive Chefs, you will be aiding with the preparation of all banquet food, including sandwiches, cold trays, hot food, carving, etc.
A minimum of two years experience in the food service industry, preferably in catering or a restaurant atmosphere is an asset. An extra benefit would be a Cook Training diploma or Journeyman Certificate; but with that being said its not necessary we have some pretty good people here that can train you for this position.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to read, write and speak English, be on your feet for long periods of time.
This position is an integral part of our Banquet kitchen operation as such you can expect to be working a variety of shifts both during the week as well as on weekends.
