The Banquet Server answers to the Catering Manager. A banquet server delivers/serves food and beverage to patrons, provides table maintenance, room setup and teardown for meetings. This position requires excellent customer service, heavy lifting and ability to work under pressure. Shifts include daytime, evenings and weekends.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
