Maintaining grounds around building structures - cutting grass, weed control, snow removal, etc
Water management maintaining sump pumps, arrange draining of septic tanks, water movement on Biolin facility grounds.
General maintenance Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Maintaining building structures daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of offices, kitchens and bathrooms, maintaining/ordering supplies in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms
Monitoring systems and utility usage, making changes or suggestions if deficiencies are noticed or improvements can be made
Scheduling, facilitating, and meeting with subcontractors that may be needed around the grounds and facilities in relation to the general maintenance and general operations of the Biolin facility
Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment

- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Empty waste containers
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Water and tend to plants
- Work with minimal supervision
