An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to become part of our team based in Saskatoon, SK. Reporting to the Vice President Projects, this is an exciting opportunity to set direction for the sub-function and provides leadership to manage and lead the Selection and Definition phases of a Major Capital Project and Program to deliver the approved business objectives, through an optimised project investment case, and to identify and manage project related Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) risk.
Key requirements:
-A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a major in Civil, Mining, Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent
-A minimum of 10 years of global project engineering experience and leadership with a track record of demonstrated project development leadership
-Superior knowledge and experience of global mine operations and minerals project developments
-Superior interpersonal skills to interact and influence multidisciplinary engineering and industry consultants and stakeholders
-A broad international professional and technical network
-Track record and reputation in effective and innovative management of potash or other mining operations
