Sushi House in Prince Albert - 1 Cook

Position type: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Number of Position (Vacancies); cook-1

Job requirement:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 3 years of Japanese cooking experience

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes and menus
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Monitor kitchen and work area
Monitor and order supplies
Train kitchen staff
