POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Camecos business technology services (BTS) department plays a critical role in providing technical solutions to support business processes and continual improvement opportunities. As the executive assistant to the vice-president, BTS you will be instrumental in the efficient and effective operation of this dynamic group.
As a supervisor to the administrative team you will lead the administrative activities including budget preparations, reporting, managing appointments, booking travel and arranging meetings. Additional duties include department communications, file and records management and project support activities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Diploma in administration or business
Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience including supporting senior managers and executive
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Assets:
Previous SAP and/or SharePoint experience
Supervisory experience
