Description

Massload Technologies is an established and growing manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of weighing products sold across North America and internationally. We are now accepting applications for the full time position of Production Supervisor from candidates who are passionate about achieving excellence, disciplined in thinking, and energetic in action. The successful applicant and will have the communication and leadership skills and track record to successfully lead a multi-disciplinary production team.
He/she will present a solid technical/engineering background in order to become a technical expert in all areas of load cell and weigh systems production, and will have experience achieving improvement in electronics manufacturing using methods such as 5S, lean, yield improvement and cycle time reduction.

Massload Technologies hiring philosophy is to obtain and retain high quality employees who will stay and grow with the company. The successful applicant will therefore have a service track record of 3 to 5 years with each of his/her previous employers.
