Job Description:
- Leading a dedicated team of food and beverage professionals in our lounge and restaurant operations
- Assisting in the training, development and motivation of employees
- Achieving successful results in the areas of budget forecasts and yield management
- Maintaining superior customer service standards
Requirements:
- Proven management credentials in a high volume operation
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong leadership, motivational, and training skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Two to three years experience as a Manager and/or Supervisor
