The Property Maintenance individual will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all TRC staff, clients and visitors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure the operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery; Remove snow plus sand/salt parking lots, walkways and entrances;Organize and implement a daily maintenance and repair schedule; Schedule fire inspections and ensure all fire extinguishers and detectors are in working order;Maintain an inventory of all equipment, tools and machinery; Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment, structures and grounds on the property; Perform regular property inspections of units, common areas, building exteriors, and landscape;
