Description

The Boot Hill Community Association has the following positions available:
Program Supervisor for St. Andrew School
TERM POSITION (September 2014-June 2015)
Duties include but are not limited to,
Supervising a group of up to 30 school aged children.
Responsible for planning activities (crafts, games) for school aged children.
Be available to work 7:30am-8:45am and 3:15pm-5:45pm
Prepare a light, healthy snack for the afternoon children.
Purchasing any appropriate supplies for the program. This includes, but is not limited to, games, arts, crafts and food for snacks. (Budget provided)
Collecting monthly fees from parents and making sure the cheques, time sheets and any receipts for supplies are handed in to the Association Treasurer in a timely manner.
The Supervisor is responsible to obtain information from parents with names, addresses, phone/cell numbers of parents, alternate contact people, health issues of children and emergency contacts etc.
Maintain a safe and clean program area for students at St. Andrew School.
Report any concerns or issues to the Boot Hill Community Association.
