We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants a career and wants to take the time to learn and grow with us.  As the Fabricator you are responsible for the cutting and processing of pipe as well as the fabrication of pipe using stick welding, cutting torches and plasma cutters.

This key role reports to the Plant Manager with the following responsibilities:

Fabricate Corrugated Steel Products as per drawings.
Cut or Bevel Corrugated Steel Products as per request or drawing
Maintain Corrugated Steel Products inventory levels as per Plant Coordinators request
Achieve manufacturing goals and schedules
Report all incidents/ accidents to the Plant Manager
Assist in stock counts and cycle counts when needed
Inform Plant Coordinator when any stock items are low or absent
Actively participate in the Health and Safety Program

FUNCTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Forklift Operators Certificate
Two years of welding experience
Able to use plasma cutter, stick welder, cutting torch, saw and grinder
Use and understand small tools such as tape measure, drills, grinders etc.
Excellent communication skillsverbal and written
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Able to read complex drawings
Exceptional hand eye coordination
Flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to handle the stress involved with meeting deadlines
