Description

Bella Rocha Fine Stone Countertops is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for a temporary position with the potential to grow to a permanent position.

We are looking for an adaptive customer service-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. Duties include but are not limited to:
-Dealing with customers in person or over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
-Maintaining an organized filing system that allows for easy referencing.
-Accurately entering payables and receivables into Simply Accounting.
-Cultivating our online presence.
-Ensuring a clean and tidy office environment.
-Providing quotation support.

This position is 8 - 4:30 Monday to Friday. Experience is preferred but not required.
