* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
* 3+ years of sales experience in Agricultural Equipment
* Strong familiarity with Ag equipment
* Experience developing new customers and dealer network a must
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Superior problem analysis and problem solving skills
