- Ensure the common areas of apartment buildings are clean and free of debris and garbage
- Manage tenant requests, including proper follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion
- Complete cleaning checklist for unoccupied suites and ensure rent ready suites are move in ready
- Assist with snow removal as required
- Assist with carpet steam cleaning and shampooing as required
- Alert leadership when opportunities for overall esthetic updates would create a more appealing living space
- Ensure laundry rooms are maintained and ready for use
- Adhere to building codes and specifications
YOUR SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a residential multi-family environment is an asset
- Basic use of janitorial tools vaccumes, dusters, cleaning products, carrying items and rug shampooers and carpet steamers
- Must be able to lift 55lbs
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
- Must successfully complete a security clearance
- Experience with concrete, parking and brick repairs would be a definite asset
- You possess a keen ability to recognize problems, and create an effective course of action to solve the issue
- You have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- You are self-directed with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met
- You have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- You display a professional and positive company image
