Avenue Living a fast and growing Property company is seeking a Cleaning Associate.
Cleaner Duties:
- Cleaning Hallways
- Cleaning Common Areas
- Cleaning Laundry Rooms
- Cleaning Boiler Rooms
- Cleaning Vacant Suites
- Garbage Pick up
- Snow removal
- Yard Maintenance in the summer
- Steam Cleaning Suites
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
A Criminal Record Check is required as well as a valid drivers licence and vehicle as travel between buildings will be required.
** You must be able to lift 55lbs **
