Koyl Suites is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Associate for our 70 unit multi-tenant building. Work hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm. If you are a tidy person with good housekeeping ethics, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a mature and reliable person, who can work with minimal supervision to perform general cleaning duties.

Start Date: Oct 1/14

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Show suites to prospective tenants
- Vacuum carpet in hallways & common areas
- Clean Laundry Room
- Clean Vacant Suites
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
- Empty trash containers, pickup garbage pickup and disposal
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Snow removal around the building
- Mow lawn and other yard maintenance in the summer
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean, disinfect kitchen fixtures and appliances
