Thermo King of Mid Canada leader in Transport Refrigeration is currently looking to add a driven individual to our Saskatoon team for the role of Parts/Service Supervisor.
We are looking for someone with initiative, energy, and the desire and ability to motivate and grow our Parts & Service department. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a can do attitude. This position plays a very important role in the satisfaction of our customers and `shop. You control the operational efficiency of the parts & service department by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing parts& service sales.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Arranging Shop Schedule
Inventory Management
Directly Reporting to Head Office Management
Growth of both Aftermarket and Service Sales
Picking parts for customers & techs
Answering phone
Processing Parts Orders
Prepare W/Os
Invoicing
Shipping & Receiving
Customer service
Accepting payments
Filing
Must have a valid drivers license (Class 1 and asset)
Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm, occasional overtime.
Forklift experience an asset but will train. Thermo King offers a Competitive wage depending on experience, benefit package, and Matching Pension Plan.
