Service Advisor
It started out as a love for cars. An admiration for the people who get to spend their days working in them, beside them, driving them . . . Skip a head a few years, you are now one of those people you admired! You have worked as an Auto Service Consultant for a several years and have advanced to currently working as a Service Advisor. You have the experience, knowledge and the personality. Your Recruitment & HR Division may have the position for you as a Service Advisor.
Experience Matters.
2-3 years of experience in the auto industry.
Experience in customer service would be an added asset.
What you actually will be doing.
You will be responsible for the dealership operations, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee supervision. More specifically you will:
Oversee all aspects for service and repair of vehicles in dealership
Assist in diagnostics on vehicles
Order parts and tools as necessary
Oversee warranty claims
Sets schedules and assigns tasks to service department
Maintain customer service
Oversee training and supervising of service department
