Description

Reporting to the President/CEO, responsibilities will be for the executive offices administration including the President/CEO, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
-Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
-Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
-Draft, proof, format and manage executive correspondence ie.email, reports, minutes, letters, board matters, etc
-Preparation of an assortment of legal documentation and correspondence
-Assist in meeting and event planning and coordination including overall organization of Board of Directors, management and various operational & strategic meetings, prepare presentation material or documents required.
-Follow-up effectively to ensure various assigned work is completed on schedule and/or issues addressed.
-Solving administrative and operational problems by conducting research and recommending solutions.
Other assigned duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of ten years administrative & legal experience in a senior administrative role.
Excellent time management and organizational skills  
Solid minute taking experience a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound judgment, discretion and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills, specifically MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and energy.
