Cervus Equipment is in the business of acquiring and operating authorized agricultural, industrial, transportation and commercial equipment dealerships by facilitating dealership succession.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager at our Peterbilt dealership in Regina.
You could be our Parts Manager if you -
- Have a minimum of 5 years industry experience in equipment dealership parts operations
- Understand the financial principles relative to Parts department operations
- Have an innate ability to lead and coach employees for success
- Know how to analyze and interpret reports related to parts department
- Are adept at creating annual budgets & business plans for your department
- If you have a Parts Journeyperson certification, that would be an asset!
As a Parts Manager here is what you will be doing -
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain key talent by maintaining a current hiring plan, and current individual training & development plans
- Complete staff performance reviews in a timely manner
- Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities to achieve department growth
- Participate in annual budgeting and business planning processes
- Monitor on-going financial results of the Parts Department, identify remedial action needed and make recommendations accordingly
- Develop and execute Parts department marketing plan and monitor monthly to achieve departmental goals
