SkipTheDishes is a young, high-performance, Western Canadian tech start-up that has quickly become Canada's largest restaurant delivery network. We connect hungry people with restaurants and local Food Couriers through our algorithm-based food delivery system.
We are looking for talented Software Developers to join our rapidly growing team in Saskatoon. You will have the opportunity to work on the next generation of our platform that is used by thousands of Canadians every day. We develop on the latest cloud computing technologies including Google AppEngine and Amazon EC2 in a hybrid cloud environment. We focus on scalability and performance, building a platform that will scale to support processing hundreds of thousands of orders.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Track record of producing top quality server-side and mobile code in a variety of languages
- An appreciation for beautiful design and a passion for technically implementing it
- Fluent and current in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and related libraries
- Expert knowledge of Java, Python, webapp2 (or a desire to learn them)
- Experience with iOS, Android mobile platforms and responsive design
- Solid understanding of consuming, producing, and designing RESTful web services
- Able to work independently and have an entrepreneurial spirit
