Assistant Store Managers with EB Games are the second tier of management and an integral part of the stores day to day operations.  They are tasked with achieving performance and profit goals as directed by the Store Manager and ensuring that operational procedures, company policies and governmental regulations are communicated to and followed by all store associates.  How do they do this?  By lending their extensive expertise to manage store profit and loss objectives, achieving individual sales goals, profitability and special program goals, of course.
