Duties include but not limited to the following:
-Install residential new housing plumbing such as water lines, drainage and finishing.
-Install new mechanical equipment in residential housing such as furnaces, water heaters, small plumbing renovations, etc.

Qualifications:
-Driver's license
-Motivation to complete task in a timely manor
-Takes pride in their workmanship
-Experience in residential new housing installations is an asset
-Likes to work as part of a team
