Description

Responsibilities:
    Positively communicate and demonstrate the companys Core Values.
    Set the direction for the store in reaching sales goals, meeting standards, and exceeding customer expectations.
    Advocates Peavey in the community, seeking opportunities to give back.
    Ensuring team members are properly trained and held accountable for the standard of service.
    Actively coach, counsel when necessary, and performance manage team members.
    Maintain a healthy work environment for team members, working with corporate partners to effectively deal with any employee relations concerns that may arise.
    Manage sales promotions and activities; team member training; and ensure team members practice company selling standards.
    Build business relationships to drive sales at the local level.
    Lead the loss prevention efforts and store inventory process in store.

Qualifications:
    Ability to drive sales results of the store.
    Ability to ensure legendary customer service in store.
    Ability to recruit, develop and train team members.
    Ability to build relationships and utilize skills of team members most appropriately.
    Ability to process information/merchandise through computer systems.
    Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to team members.
    Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to team members.
    Ability to communicate in a professional, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others.
    Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
    3+ years retail management experience.
    High School diploma or equivalent.
    Proficiency in office technology.
