Act as the communication link between the Site
Manager, General Manager and Client. Communicate
and report changes and amendments and ensure that
changes have been completed. Provide information
and service to the client. Experience in construction project management is essential. Applicant will support the project team with financial performance, information and reporting, shop drawing control and approval, scheduling updates, licenses & permits, tests/inspections & Quality Control, Safety & Accident prevention, billings control, sub-contractor control, change management, equipment, asset & inventory control, client services & relationship building and project close out.
