General Summary:
Operations Consultants maintain backstage organization, and assist in ensuring the store is compliant with all environmental operations requirements per company standards, as well as merchandising presentations. They also provide client service according to the SEPHORA Concepts. They also respect SEPHORAs merchandising concepts and standards of cleanliness and organization. In addition to performing standard operations functions, they participate in inventory control.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task, while being attentive to the needs of the customer and the business. They must provide professional and outstanding customer service, and maintain a professional relationship with brand partners, key stakeholders, peers and other leadership. They should also possess good organizational skills, effective time management, problem solving and superior communication skills, and should be a High School graduate or equivalent. Education and product experience in skincare, makeup and fragrance is desirable but not a must.
