General Summary:

Cashiers comply with all cash handling and related procedures and provide client service according to the SEPHORA Concepts. More specifically, they greet all clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous, knowledgeable service and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.  They also respect SEPHORAs merchandising concepts and standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, and assist in the training of new cashier personnel.  In addition to performing standard cashier functions and operations, they participate in inventory control.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task, while being attentive to the needs of the customer and the business.  They must provide professional and outstanding customer service, and maintain a professional relationship with brand partners, key stakeholders, peers and other leadership.  They should also possess good arithmetic skills, effective time management, problem solving and superior communication skills, and should be a High School graduate or equivalent.  Education and product experience in skincare, makeup and fragrance is desirable but not a must.
