Provides customers with solutions to their home decorating projects and participates in the achievements of sales targets through customer engagement, product knowledge and teamwork.
Completes price adjustments, plan-o-grams, stock replenishment.Assist with stock when required.
Maintains department standards.
Effective communicator, efficient with a sense of urgency and time conscious.
Must be able to lift 40lbs and use tall ladders on the sales floor.
Must be available for a variety of shifts, including early mornings,evenings and weekends.
