Contract Executive Assistant
Are you meticulous with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy taking minutes and working in a fun work environment? If so, our client located in Kitscoty AB could be the employer you are looking for.
Our client is seeking to hire a Contract Part Time Executive Assistant for a 1 year maternity leave coverage position. The successful candidate would work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and would job share with another employee within the organization.
The successful candidate must:
Be organized with excellent communication skills.
Able to multi task and take direction from multiple sources.
Complete filing, planning and organize schedules.
Take minutes (electronically)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have a strong understanding and practice of confidentiality within the organization.
Other assets would include Government of law experience and file management.
