Maintenance Clerk

Do you thrive off of tight deadlines with quick turn-around? Have you pledged yourself the Master of organization? You equally enjoy data entry and organizing parts. What does this leave you with?... An opportunity to work with a fantastic organization as a Maintenance Clerk!

So, what will you actually be doing?
Verification of pieces being sent or received.
Keep other paperwork neat and organized to avoid issues.
Customer oriented on the phone and in the shop.
Track and organize all inventory.
Identify customer material, with receiver number.
Complete an inventory count monthly and make necessary reports.
Keep the shop organized and free of non-needed obstructions.

What about experience?
3 to 5 years of Shipping & Receiving experience
Some experience in Maintenance Department
Electrical knowledge will be considered an asset.

What about the position itself?
As a Maintenance Clerk you will be working in the Maintenance department. Fifty percent of the position will be data entry and the other fifty percent will be organization of parts.
Work in the Maintenance department.
50% of the position is data entry
50% of the position is organizing parts.
