Description

Provide assistance to customers in need
Maintain a record log for vehicles coming in and out of the compound
Daily log of jobs accomplished
Perform daily inspections on trucks and equipment.
Clean trucks and equipment as required.
Service trucks and equipment as required.
Knowledge of the tow truck and its capabilities
Obey all traffic laws and drive courteously and professionally
Know and understand the various towing cards available and their limitations
Keep accurate records regarding towing invoices and billing
Accept payment immediately when services are rendered
Be ready at all times
Offer our rental fleet when you pick up a disabled vehicle
Know the policies and procedures when dealing with RCMP calls
Be polite, helpful, courteous to customers
Monitor your calls so that you can be better prepared to help customers whatever their needs may be
Wear appropriate clothing including reflective gear, steel toe boots, eye protection as required.
