SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great work ethic and willingness to learn to help us with the installation and logistics of products we supply. As a potential candidate, you would be required to assist us with:
DUTIES:
- Be a team player in building and maintaining a great work environment
- Pickup and deliver restaurant furniture as required
- Travel and install furniture products throughout Canada
- Communicate with clients and confirm site measurements as required
- Load truck and trailers for long-haul deliveries
- Assist in shipping and receiving of supplies
- Maintain consistent inventory lists of tools and installation supplies
- Ensure all tools are in proper working condition and report any defects if necessary
- Follow all OH & S regulations and maintain clean work areas in-house and on job sites
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have great attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must possess fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Must be physically fit and capable of working with hand and power tools
- Must be willing to travel frequently, as well as long distances
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to read a tape measure and perform calculations efficiently
- Previous construction and/or furniture installation experience an asset
- Previous experience in hauling trailers an asset
