What you will be responsible for:
-Starting and building a technical group within our company
-Schedule, quality, and cost accountability to senior management
-Employing technical and support personnel, in-house and sub-contracted
-Leading internal Research & Development and external Made to Order revenue projects
-Technical support for manufacturing processes, and the R&D t production transfer
-Representing our company as the technical interface to clients and suppliers
What we expect from you:
-Engineering degree or technical diploma, eligible for APEGS or SASTT registration
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in design, engineering and manufacturing
-Experience with Inventor, Vault and design application software's
-You have strong self-directed leadership and communication skills
-You have an organized and diligent work style
-You possess strong written and oral English skills
-You have the ability to see the big picture, anticipate challenges and the detail right
