- Changing of garbage cans, cleaning the site of all litter and the curbs of debris
- Watering plants including weeding and dead heading the planter boxes
- Snow removal pedestrian services
- Complete and submit all required reporting documentation daily
- Strong adherence to safety policy and protocol
- Aligning with ULS company culture and Core Values
- Additional duties as required
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Job task planning and organizing
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Driver's licence
Specific Skills
- Clean and maintain sidewalks, streets, roads and public grounds
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment
