Perform fitness assessments and guiding clients on achieving specific goals
Design and direct client exercise programs that are tailored to meet the needs & goals of the client
Demonstrate the use of fitness equipment using proper technique
Observe client workouts and correct any improper technique
Coach and advise clients on improving lifestyle choices
Perform weight room orientations
Conduct and facilitate educational workshops
Be self-motivated, energetic, organized and responsible
Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology CPT or CEP Designation Required
