As a Mortgage Specialist you will apply business development techniques in order to originate, build and relationship manage a third-party network of referral sources to build a pipeline of mortgage business. Partner with the Branch team to ensure proper customer hand off in order to finalize mortgage documentation, as well as, refer customers with non-mortgage needs.
Qualifications:
Passion for helping customers.
Proactive business development, sales and service skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the real estate market.
Expertise in lending philosophies and experience in residential mortgages.
Experience working in a full commission environment.
Education and Accreditation
Completed high school, or equivalent work experience.
