Warman Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent, to work on our Ready To Move site.  Work will include scheduling houses and working with trades.  The successful candidate will be working with a close knit team.  Construction experience is a must.  Candidate with previous superintendent experience is preferred. This person will work closely with our Construction Manager.
The follows skills are required.
-Previous framing experience is a definite must have.
-Valid drivers licence and clean abstract.
-Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing work environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to make quick decisions, multi task and problem solve.
