INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - REGINA
Kenroc is a well established specialty building material supplier, with branches throughout Western Canada. Kenroc Regina is currently looking for a highly motivated, customer focused self starter to join our sales team as an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. If you are dependable, a self-starter and enjoy providing top-knotch customer service, this is the career path for you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all in-store & telephone customer service needs are efficiently & courteously met.
- The showroom is well maintained and product displays are effective.
- Inventory is maintained.
- Ensure sales/purchase orders are accurately entered into the POS system.
- Regular timely interaction with Operations Manager/Staff to ensure effective communication & coordination of customer deliveries.
The ideal candidate will offer:
- Previous customer service and sales experience, preferably supplemented with knowledge of building materials and hardware
- Being comfortable developing relationships and maintaining service based customer relationships
- Excellent customer follow-up skills and tenacity
- Demonstrated consultative selling style
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively in a fast paced multi-task environment
- Experience working with a computerized POS system
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to learn quickly
