Timberstone is a local, family owned company who specialize in wholesale masonry, siding, landscaping, decking and flooring distribution with locations across Western Canada. In this newly created role, reporting to the Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for:
Answering phone calls, taking and processing orders, providing quotes
Attending to all customers who walk in the door by providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism
Determining clients needs and providing solutions
Collaborating on design ideas and educating consumer on best products for them
Organizing and merchandising displays on shop floor
Staying in touch with latest product developments and current design ideas
Collaborating with purchaser on newest in demand products and latest updates in design
Requirements
Design diploma or background/interest in design
Knowledge and experience with building products  siding, masonry, flooring etc. is a huge asset
Experience in a sales, customer service oriented environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in merchandising and setting up show room displays
Willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs
Positive, energetic attitude, with strong work ethic
Organization skill, and strong attention to detail
Mature, reliable and professional
