CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Perform collections activities for past due accounts
Provide excellent, in-store customer service and ensure high presentation standards for the branch
Drive new customer acquisition through community sales and marketing execution
Communicate loan agreements and terms and conditions to customers
Identify and sell product offerings by easyfinancial
Complete customers verification and documentation

What you need to work with us:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven track record in achieving daily targets
Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, set priorities, and have a flexible work schedule
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Prior experience in sales, retail, call centre, credit, collections, and/or the pay day or consumer loan industry is an asset
Successful candidates must pass a credit and criminal background check, and have a full Provincial Drivers License to be considered for this position
