Lac La Ronge Indian Band Health Services Department is now inviting applications for (1) one Permanent Full Time, Inventory Clerk for the community of La Ronge, under the supervision of the Operations & Maintenance Officer. The successful candidate will be required to maintain inventories using a specialized inventory system.
Duties:
>Maintain accurate inventories of capital office equipment, stock and files
>Use of computerized inventory system (training provided)
>Preparing and maintaining accurate and complete records and reports
>Enveloping and maintaining complex filing system
>Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or designate
Qualifications:
>Grade 12 and/or a Certificate in Administration or Office Education; or combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered
>Experience and knowledge with computers and office equipment is an asset
>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
>Must have a valid class 5 driver?s license
>Ability to speak/understand Cree is an asset
>Security Clearance: Current Criminal Record Clearance/Child Abuse Record Check and Driver?s Abstract required upon hire
Salary/Wage: $ 14.497 to 18.916 per hour (depending on Education and Experience).
