To professionally manage and maintain 24 unit living complex. Part time Position 20-25 hours per week.
* Maintain caretaker and cleaning of common areas
* Schedule and oversee maintenance and deficiencies of the building and in suites
* Handle tenants' concerns in a professional manner
* Collect rent, show suites, conduct apartment inspections
* Order supplies
Plus any other duties as per requested
