INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE- Saskatoon, SK
The purpose of this position is to provide customers with excellent service and sell ALC products and services to both existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Ensures customer service: receive and process customer orders (phone, email, fax). Perform and prepare contract reviews, quotations and standard tender requests to customers. Work with sales, logistics & supply chain and the administration team to satisfy ever-evolving customer needs.
Proactive in sales: provide support to the local executives for back-offic activities. Upselling and cross-selling products to new and existing customers. Leverages sales promotions to grow sales. Perform cold calls for network customers. Perform post-sale follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Takes part in the enw development of new markets and applications by using pertinent methods and tools. Responsible for growing portfolio of house accounts customers and sales to these customers.
Coordinates logistics and participates to stores replenishments: identifies and sells to the customer the shipping method that allows meeting customer requirements.
Organizes product display: set up and maintain appropriate storefront displays to effectively showcase products for walk-in customers.
Requirements:
Post secondary diploma
Minimum 2 years experience in the gases and welding industry
Minimum 1 full year in sales
Proficient in MS Office
