Ambassador Coffee Boutique currently has a full time Retail Store Manager position available for our location coming soon to Saskatoon!
Working weekends and evenings is required.
Previous retail or customer service experience required, supervisory or management experience preferred.
Duties would include but are not limited to the following:
Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff
Respond to customer comments and complaints professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution
Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management
Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Supervise all staff in the establishment and coordinate work to ensure productive operations at all hours
Provide and organize training and development
Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Ensure the merchandise is always presented neatly and that all items are priced correctly
Organize special promotions, displays and events
Coaching and mentoring staff
Enforcing policies and procedures
Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
Perform sales transactions when required
The Successful Candidate MUST possess the following qualifications:
Grade 12 or GED
Clear criminal record
